1 cup(s) unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup(s) Central Market Organics Light Brown Sugar
3/4 cup(s) pure cane sugar
2 Tsp pure vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Baker's Scoop All Purpose Flour
1 Tsp baking soda
1 Tsp salt
12 Oz white choclate chips
1 cup(s) H-E-B Roasted Pistachios, shelled and chopped

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350˚F and grease two cookie sheets.

Cream butter, sugars, and vanilla in large mixing bowl.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt until combined well.

Gradually beat flour mixture into butter mixture.

Fold white chocolate pieces and pistachios into batter and drop by rounded tablespoon onto prepared pans.

Bake 8-10 minutes, or until middles are just set.

Remove and cool on wire rack.
