Portobello Mushroom Pizzas

Ingredients
- 4 Large portabello mushrooms, stems and gills removed
- 4 tsp Basil pesto
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 Large tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup Fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- Place mushrooms on a foil lined sheet pan, stem side up.
- Spread pesto evenly on inside of mushrooms.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella, then add tomato slices and chopped basil.
- Bake 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool several minutes before serving.
