Cheese Pizza Panzanella Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, sliced in half, plus more as needed
- 9 oz Italian Romaine Lettuce
- 1/2 cup Shaved Parmesan Cheese
- 11.8 oz Cauliflower crust Five Cheese Pizza
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Place pizza on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until nicely browned and crispy.
- Remove pizza from oven and allow to cool completely. Meanwhile assemble salad.
- Combine bag lettuce, tomatoes and Parmesan cheese and toss to combine.
- Cut cooled pizza into approximately 1 inch squares to resemble large croutons. Add to salad and gently toss to combine.
- Add your favorite dressing or for an easy scratch-made dressing, use Classic Italian Salad Dressing (recipe on heb.com).
