  • 9 oz Italian Romaine Lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Shaved Parmesan Cheese
  • 11.8 oz Cauliflower crust Five Cheese Pizza

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Place pizza on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until nicely browned and crispy.
  3. Remove pizza from oven and allow to cool completely. Meanwhile assemble salad.
  4. Combine bag lettuce, tomatoes and Parmesan cheese and toss to combine.
  5. Cut cooled pizza into approximately 1 inch squares to resemble large croutons. Add to salad and gently toss to combine.
  6. Add your favorite dressing or for an easy scratch-made dressing, use Classic Italian Salad Dressing (recipe on heb.com).
