Ingredients
- 2 cups Roasted cashews
- 1 tbsp Shallots
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 cup Nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until mixture is ground and resembles grated Parmesan cheese.
- Remove to a sealable container, seal, and store refrigerated for up to 1 month.
