Unsaved Grilled Asparagus and Broccolini

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Fresh asparagus, peeled and woody ends removed
  • 1 lb Fresh broccolini, ends trimmed
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Lemons, zested
  • 1 tbsp Garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare grill to medium heat.
  2. Toss both asparagus and broccolini in oil, zest, garlic and salt and pepper.
  3. Grill for several minutes turning frequently. The vegetables should be lightly charred and tender.
