Unsaved Fiesta Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb 93% lean ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 cup Fresh pico de gallo, Medium
  • 8 Flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Shredded mild cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In skillet, cook beef and chili powder until browned, stirring to separate meat.
  2. Pour off fat, add salsa sauce to skillet and heat through.
  3. Spoon about 1/4 cup mixture down center of each tortilla.
  4. Top with lettuce and cheese and fold tortilla.
