Unsaved Broccoli Tofu Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Firm tofu, cut into small cubes
  • 12 oz Broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp Less sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Sauté cubed tofu in 2 Tbsp of olive oil until just browned on all sides.
  2. Add broccoli along with soy sauce and sesame seeds. Stir-fry 4 to 6 minutes or until broccoli is just soft.
  3. Garnish with green onions and serve.
