Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Central Market Organic Super Greens, about 2 cups, roughly chopped
  • 8 oz Cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 24 oz Marinara pasta sauce, or flavor of your choice
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 10 oz Bucatini pasta, shape of your choice, uncooked
  • 1 lb Uncooked Italian meatballs

Instructions

  1. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add oil and mushrooms to pan. Sauté 4 to 5 minutes, to a light brown color.
  2. Push mushrooms to the side and add meatballs. Brown on all sides, about 10 minutes.
  3. Add sauce and bring to a simmer, about 3 to 4 minutes. Add pasta and stir to combine. Cover and simmer 14 to 17 minutes or until pasta is tender firm.
  4. Stir greens through pasta, just to wilt. Serve immediately. Optional: Top with Parmesan cheese if desired.
  5. Chef's Note: This recipe is great with H-E-B Fully Cooked Meatballs too!
