Unsaved Air Fryer Chorizo Egg Cups

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Chorizo
  • 6 Medium eggs
  • 5 qt Air fryer

Instructions

  1. Form 1/2 of chorizo into little 1 ounce patties that fit in the bottom of a muffin/egg pan that comes with the 5.5 air fryer.
  2. Lay a patty on each of the 3 spaces in the pan then set inside main rack and cook 5 minutes at 370°F.
  3. Once time is up, crack an egg on top of each chorizo patty and cook another 3 to 5 minutes, depending on how done you like your eggs. Repeat with remaining patties and eggs.
  4. Chef's Note: For additional servings, use the remaining chorizo to form additional patties and add more eggs.
  5. Chef's Note: Serve with pico or your favorite salsa.
