Avocado Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb Lean ground turkey
- 1 Large avocado(s), cut into large chunks
- 2 tsp Citrus srirachca rub
- 1 tbsp Garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup Almond meal
- 1 Medium Fresh jalapeno pepper(s), seeded and chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 4 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 Large Fresh beefsteak tomato(es), chopped
- 1 Medium Fresh cucumber(s), chopped
- 2 tbsp Lime
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine turkey, avocado, rub, garlic, almond meal, jalapeño and salt.
- Mix well and form into 4 patties.
- Grill patties for 7 minutes per side or until an internal thermometer reads 165ºF.
- Prepare salad by combining lettuce, tomato, cucumber, lime juice and oil in a large bowl. Toss to coat.
- To serve, divide salad among 4 plates and top with a burger.
