Creamy Pasta Primavera

Ingredients
- 8 oz Orecchiette rigate pasta, measured dry and cooked according to package directions
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 cup Red onions, chopped
- 2 cups Zucchini squash, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, chopped
- 2 tsp Creole seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups Heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Instructions
- Place oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add in broccoli, onions, zucchini, and garlic, cook until onions are translucent.
- Season with Creole then add in cooked pasta, toss then add in cream. Bring to a simmer then reduce heat and stir in cheese. Let sauce thicken then season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
