Tangy Soft Chicken Tacos

Serves 4
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Light italian dressing
- 1 tbsp Fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 tsp Ground cumin
- 3/4 tsp Fresh lime zest
- 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 8 Flour tortillas, warmed
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 1 Vine ripe tomato, chopped
- 1 Green onion, sliced
- 8 oz Sour cream
Instructions
- For marinade, combine Italian dressing, lime juice, cumin and lime zest.
- In large, plastic bag, add chicken and 1/2 cup of the marinade; turn to coat.
- Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator for 3 hours turning occasionally. Refrigerate remaining marinade.
- Remove chicken from marinade.
- Grill or broil chicken, turning once and brushing occasionally with remaining marinade. Chicken is done when it has an internal temperature of 165°F.
- To serve, thinly slice chicken.
- Serve in tortillas with lettuce, tomatoes, green onions and sour cream.
