Garden Greens with Pears & Walnuts

Ingredients
- 2 Lemons, juiced
- 1 cup Water
- 4 Pear, cored and sliced thin
- 8 oz Garden salad blend
- 1/4 cup Asiago shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup Walnut halves and pieces
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Pomegranate juice
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Combine the lemon juice and water in a large mixing bowl.
- Dip the pear slices in the lemon water and allow to dry on paper towel.
- Place salad into a large bowl and layer with the pears, Asiago cheese and walnuts.
- Cover salad with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve.
- Combine the olive oil, pomegranate juice and Dijon mustard in small bottle with lid.
- Shake the dressing and toss into the salad before serving.
