Sheet Pan Chicken Parmesan

Unsaved Sheet Pan Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 7 oz Penne rigate
  • 1 1/2 cups Spicy red pepper pasta sauce, plus more as needed
  • 24 oz Breaded chicken breast strips
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan & Romano cheese, plus more as needed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF.
  2. Place frozen chicken onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Remove chicken from oven, top with cheeses and place back into oven for 10 to 12 more minutes, or until cheese is nicely melted.
  4. While cheese is melting, microwave pasta, and place tomato sauce into a pan and bring to a simmer.
  5. To assemble, place pasta into bowls along with a few pieces of chicken, add sauce and sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese as needed for garnish.
