Sheet Pan Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
- 7 oz Penne rigate
- 1 1/2 cups Spicy red pepper pasta sauce, plus more as needed
- 24 oz Breaded chicken breast strips
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan & Romano cheese, plus more as needed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425ºF.
- Place frozen chicken onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Remove chicken from oven, top with cheeses and place back into oven for 10 to 12 more minutes, or until cheese is nicely melted.
- While cheese is melting, microwave pasta, and place tomato sauce into a pan and bring to a simmer.
- To assemble, place pasta into bowls along with a few pieces of chicken, add sauce and sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese as needed for garnish.
