Soyrizo and Egg Breakfast Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1/2 lb Soy chorizo
- 16 fl oz Real egg product
- 12 Wheat flour tortillas
- 1 cup Large avocado, mashed
- 1 cup Picante salsa
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet on medium-high.
- Add oil then the soyrizo, breaking up with a fork. Cook until firm.
- Add eggs and heat until cooked through.
- Heat tortillas.
- To serve, spread 1 tablespoon of mashed avocado on each tortilla, add a spoonful of soyrizo egg mixture and top with salsa.
