Unsaved Easy Chorizo Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 Pizza Crust, frozen
  • 8 oz Chorizo, casing removed
  • 2 cups 6 Cheese Blend
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup French Fried Onions, for topping

Instructions

  1. Thaw pizza crust according to package directions.
  2. In a sauté pan, cook chorizo fully, reserving 1 tablespoon of fat, and set aside.
  3. Brush reserved fat on pizza crust and spread all remaining ingredients evenly over pizza.
  4. Bake according to package instructions and until cheese melts.
  5. Slice and serve.
