Easy Chorizo Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 Pizza Crust, frozen
- 8 oz Chorizo, casing removed
- 2 cups 6 Cheese Blend
- 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup French Fried Onions, for topping
Instructions
- Thaw pizza crust according to package directions.
- In a sauté pan, cook chorizo fully, reserving 1 tablespoon of fat, and set aside.
- Brush reserved fat on pizza crust and spread all remaining ingredients evenly over pizza.
- Bake according to package instructions and until cheese melts.
- Slice and serve.
