Breakfast Ham & Cheese Roll-Ups

Ingredients
- 1 slice Mesquite ham
- 1 slice Colby jack cheese
- 3 Fresh asparagus, cut off & discard bottom inch
- 1 tbsp Red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp Sweet onions, chopped
Instructions
- Layer the ham slice, cheese slice on a flat surface.
- Arrange the asparagus spear lengthwise in the center of the ham and cheese.
- Sprinkle red bell pepper and onion over the asparagus; season with pepper only.
- Roll the ham and cheese like a taco and place on a microwave safe plate, seam side down, and microwave on high power for 10-15 seconds or until the cheese begins to melt.
