Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients

  • 24 oz Pasta sauce
  • 12 oz Canned mushrooms, stems and pieces
  • 26 Fully cooked meatballs, thawed
  • 6 oz Shredded romano cheese
  • 16 oz Thin spaghetti
  • 16 oz Frozen vegetable blend, thawed

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F.
  2. Spray a 9 x 13 inch microwave safe baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
  3. Combine pasta sauce, mushrooms with liquid, meatballs, cheese and 1/2 cup water in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
  4. Cook pasta according to package directions, but after the first 8 minutes add the frozen vegetables and cook for 4 more minutes.
  5. Drain pasta and vegetables and add to sauce ingredients in bowl. Toss to combine.
  6. Evenly fill the prepared baking dish with spaghetti casserole.
  7. Cover casserole with plastic wrap and heat in microwave oven on high power for 6 minutes.
  8. Remove plastic wrap and bake on center oven rack for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
