Antipasto Flatbread Wrap

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Dill pickle relish
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, sliced thin
- 1/4 Medium red onion, julienned
- 5 oz Spring mix lettuce
- 4 Naan breads
- 8 tbsp Red pepper hummus
- 10 oz Spicy deli trio charcuterie
- 1 Spicy Deli Trio Charcuterie Tray
- 8 oz Fresh mozzarella, sliced into 8 equal slices
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine pickle relish, red onion, and tzatziki sauce and stir to combine. Add in spring mix and toss until coated. Set aside.
- Place a grill over medium heat. Once hot, heat naan breads on grill for 1 minute per side or until softened and heated through. Remove and wrap in foil.
- To build each wrap, spread 2 tablespoons of red pepper hummus on the naan bread. On half of the nann, layer 1/4 of the meat and 2 slices of mozzarella cheese.
- Arrange a quarter of the lettuce mixture on top of the meat and cheese. Fold naan over and press firmly to seal.
- Use 2 skewers to hold naan in place and slice in half with a sharp knife. Serve.
