Fajita Flatbread Wrap

Ingredients
- 4 oz Tzatziki sauce
- 1/4 Medium red onion, julienned
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, sliced thin
- 5 oz Spring mix lettuce
- 4 Naan breads
- 8 tbsp Roasted garlic hummus
- 10 oz Fully cooked beef fajitas, heated per package instructions
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine tzatziki, red onions, and tomatoes, and stir to combine. Add spring mix and toss until coated. Set aside.
- Place a grill over medium heat. Add naan breads and grill for 1 minute per side or until softened and heated through. Remove and wrap in foil.
- To build each wrap, spread 2 tablespoons of hummus on a naan bread. Layer 1/4 of the meat on 1/2 of the bread.
- Place 1/4 of the lettuce mixture on top of the meat. Fold naan over and press firmly to seal.
- Place 2 skewers to hold naan in place. Slice in half with a sharp knife and serve.
