Basil Melon Spritzer

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Monk Fruit Zero Calorie Sweetener
- 32 fl oz Sparkling mineral water
- 2 cups Water
- 16 oz Frozen melon ball, (frozen)
- 2 tbsp Lemons, juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp Fresh Basil, leaves only, finely chopped
Instructions
- Add melon medley, water, basil, lemon juice, and sweetener to blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into decorative ice cube molds and freeze about an hour or until solid.
- To serve, add 2 frozen melon cubes to each tall glass and pour in sparking water. Garnish with more fresh basil and lemon slices if desired.
