Unsaved Basil Melon Spritzer

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Monk Fruit Zero Calorie Sweetener
  • 32 fl oz Sparkling mineral water
  • 2 cups Water
  • 16 oz Frozen melon ball, (frozen)
  • 2 tbsp Lemons, juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Fresh Basil, leaves only, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Add melon medley, water, basil, lemon juice, and sweetener to blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into decorative ice cube molds and freeze about an hour or until solid.
  3. To serve, add 2 frozen melon cubes to each tall glass and pour in sparking water. Garnish with more fresh basil and lemon slices if desired.
