Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Cilantro cotija salad dressing
  • 2 Large avocado, sliced
  • 1 Large navel orange, peeled and sections removed
  • 1/2 cup Queso fresco, crumbled
  • 1 Medium red onion, sliced
  • 1 Ruby red grapefruits, peeled and sectioned
  • 12 oz Spinach and spring salad mix

Instructions

  1. Combine grapefruit and orange sections with avocado chunks in a large salad bowl; top with onion, queso fresco and salad greens.
  2. Cover salad, and chill 30 minutes before serving; toss individual salads with dressing.
