Ancho Chile Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients
- 2 tsp Chile lime butter
- 16 oz Argentine red shrimp
- 10 Jicama tortillas
- 1/3 cup Mango pico de gallo
- 1 Large avocado, sliced thin
- 5 tsp Humble House Ancho & Morita Sauce
- 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Melt butter in medium size sauté pan over medium heat
- Sauté shrimp 3 to 5 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Serve shrimp on jicama tortilla and top with a spoonful of pico de gallo, a few slices of avocado a pinch of cilantro and sauce.
