Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

10 Oz solid white tuna packed in water
1/3 cup(s) mayo
1/4 cup(s) red onions, finely chopped
1 lemon, juiced
1/4 Tsp coarse sea salt
1 Tsp black pepper
1/4 Tsp dried oregano
4 crusty whole grain bread
1 tomato, cut into 8 slices
4 provolone cheese sliced

Instructions

Heat broiler and place rack at the highest position.

Combine tuna, mayo, onion, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and oregano in a bowl and stir until combined.

Place bread on a baking sheet and add 1/4 of tuna mixture to each slice of bread.

Top tuna with 2 tomato slices and 1 slice of provolone.

Broil 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
