Mongolian Beef & Broccoli with Rice

1 Lb beef stir-fry, cut in 1/4 thick bite size pieces
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Cornstarch
1 Uncle Ben's Whole Grain Boil-In-Bag Brown Rice
1 Tsp ginger, minced
2 Tsp garlic, minced
1/4 cup(s) Kikkomon All-Purpose Less Sodium Soy Sauce
1/4 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Light Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Canola Oil
15 Oz H-E-B frozen Broccoli Cuts

Instructions

Dip beef in cornstarch, lightly coating each piece. Let rest about 8 minutes to allow cornstarch to stick.

Meanwhile, prepare brown rice according to package instructions. Set aside.

Make stir-fry sauce: In a medium saucepan over medium/low heat, add ginger, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar and 1 cup water. Raise heat to medium and boil 3 minutes or until sauce thickens. Remove from heat.

In a skillet or wok, heat oil over medium heat until hot, but not smoking. Add beef and sauté 5 minutes. Add broccoli and continue to cook 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Add sauce to broccoli and beef; cook 2 minutes, while stirring.

Spread cooked rice on a platter and top with beef and broccoli.
