Honey Mango Chicken Kabobs

1 cup(s) fresh or frozen mango
1 Tsp ginger
1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp canola oil
2 Tbsp Roland Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar
2 cloves garlic
1 Lb chicken breast, cut in 2-inch pieces

Instructions

In a food processor or blender, combine mango, ginger, honey, oil and vinegar. Blend until smooth.

Soak wooden skewers minimum of 30 minutes. Remove from water.

Thread chicken onto skewers.

Pour marinade over chicken and refrigerate 1 hour.

Preheat grill to medium flame. Cook chicken approximately 5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
