Grilled Tuna with Tomato Feta Relish

Recipe makes 4 Servings

4 frozen ahi tuna steaks
2 Tbsp pure olive oil, divided
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp H-E-B Pure Ground Black Pepper
1/2 cup(s) Mezzetta Kalamata Sliced Olives, chopped
1/2 cup(s) fresh Italian parsley, chopped
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Tradicional Crumbled Feta
1 Tbsp lemon(s), juiced
1 Tsp McCormick Perfect Pinch Italian Seasoning
1/2 red onion, diced
1 fresh garlic clove(s), minced

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high.

Brush tuna with half of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Grill steaks 3 minutes per side for medium and 4 minutes per side for well-done. Set aside.

Combine olives, parsley, feta cheese, lemon juice, remaining olive oil, Italian seasoning, red onion and garlic in a bowl.

Spoon relish over tuna and serve.
