Browned Butter and Herb Baby Potatoes

14 Oz H-E-B Steamable Bite-Sized Potatoes
2 Tbsp H-E-B Select Ingredients Tuscan Herb Finishing Butter Spread
2 Tbsp shallots, finely chopped
1/2 Tsp sea salt
1 Tbsp Garden Gourmet Lightly Dried Chives

Instructions

Microwave potatoes in a loosely covered container for 4 minutes. Allow to sit 1 minute after removing from microwave.

Place a skillet large enough to hold potatoes over medium heat. Add butter and shallots.

Sauté shallots 3 to 4 minutes while potatoes are cooking in microwave.

Turn heat up to medium-high, add potatoes and sauté 4 to 5 minutes, shaking pan often to coat potatoes while butter begins to brown.

When butter coating turns light brown, add salt and chives. Toss to coat. Serve warm.
