Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Tbsp unsalted butter
7 Oz H-E-B Diced Sweet Onions
4 H-E-B Sirloin Beef-Thin
2 1/2 Tbsp H-E-B Texas Original Cajun Seasoning
1/8 Tsp H-E-B Worcestershire Sauce
4 H-E-B Natural Sliced Provolone Cheese
17 Oz French Baguettes
4 Tsp H-E-B Mayo Real Mayonaise

Instructions

Place a large skillet over medium-high heat; add butter and onions. Sauté until slightly tender.

Add steak portions and season with spice blend.

Top each steak with onions while meat cooks. (Steak will separate when heated).

Toss and dash each portion with sauce while cooking

Once steak is done, reduce heat to simmer and lay slices of provolone over each 4 portions of steak.

Split and toast 4 baguettes.
