Rare: Grill 5 minutes per side or to 135°F internal temperature*
Medium Rare: Grill 8 minutes per side or to 140°F internal temperature*
Medium: Grill 10 minutes per side or to 155°F internal temperature
Medium Well: Grill 12 minutes per side or to 160°F internal temperature
Well Done: Grill 14 minutes per side or to 165°F internal temperature
 
*USDA recommends the safe minimum cooking temperature for fresh beef is 145°F and 3 minutes of rest time before consuming.
