Unsaved Pan Roasted Broccoli with Chili and Vinegar

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Garlic Infused Olive Oil
  • 3 Garlic clove, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, plus as needed
  • 1 lb Frozen broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. Place a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Add oil and let it get hot, then add garlic, chili flakes and broccoli.
  3. Stir-fry for 4 to 6 minutes moving constantly until broccoli is charred but still slightly crunchy.
  4. Add vinegar and stir-fry for another 2 minutes before removing to a plate.
  5. Season to taste as needed with more salt and pepper.
