Pan Roasted Broccoli with Chili and Vinegar

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Garlic Infused Olive Oil
- 3 Garlic clove, sliced
- 1 tbsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, plus as needed
- 1 lb Frozen broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
Instructions
- Place a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat.
- Add oil and let it get hot, then add garlic, chili flakes and broccoli.
- Stir-fry for 4 to 6 minutes moving constantly until broccoli is charred but still slightly crunchy.
- Add vinegar and stir-fry for another 2 minutes before removing to a plate.
- Season to taste as needed with more salt and pepper.
