Crispy Oven Baked Avocado Fries

Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 large Hass avocados, peeled and sliced
1 Tbsp lime, juiced
1/2 Tsp kosher salt
1/4 cup(s) flour
1 large egg, beaten
1 cup(s) panko bread crumbs

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray, set aside.

Drizzle lime juice over avocado slices in order to prevent discoloring, then sprinkle with salt.

Dredge seasoned slices in flour, then in egg, then into the panko.

Place breaded slices onto sheet pan, lightly spray with cooking spray and place them in oven.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until crisp.

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
