Ingredients

Recipe makes 6 Servings

2 cup(s) brown rice
1 Lb chicken breast tenders
1/4 cup(s) corn starch
11 Oz Hill Country Fare Mandarin Oranges
2 Tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce Lite
1 Tbsp organic balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp pure sesame oil
1 Tbsp crushed red pepper
2 Tsp ginger
20 Oz vegetable medley

Instructions

Prepare rice as directed on the package.

Meanwhile, seal chicken and cornstarch in a zipper bag. Toss to coat. Set aside.

Heat a heavy bottom skillet on medium high heat.

Stir in oranges, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, pepper flakes, and ginger. Bring to a boil and add chicken.

Reduce heat to medium and stir-fry 10 minutes.

Add vegetables and stir-fry 5-7 more minutes or until chicken is cooked and vegetables are tender.

Serve with brown rice.
