Velvet Thai Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 Tsp corn starch
1 Tbsp Adams Reserve Citrus Sriracha Rub
1 Lb H-E-B Beef for Stir Fry, (or thin strips of steak)
2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil, divided use
12 Oz H-E-B Stir Fry Medley
1/3 cup(s) green onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup(s) Pretty Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
1/3 cup(s) cilantro, finely chopped
1 medium lime, cut into slices

Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together corn starch and rub. Toss beef with seasoned corn starch and set aside.

Preheat a large skillet on medium-high. Add half of sesame oil and beef. Cook briefly, tossing quickly just to sear on both sides but not cook completely. Remove from pan and set aside.

Reduce heat to medium, add stir fry medley and remaining sesame oil to same skillet. Stir-fry vegetables for 4 to 5 minutes or until they begin to soften.

Add green onions and stir and cook for 1 minute. Return beef to pan along with sweet chili sauce. Stir to coat and cook 1 more minute to thicken.

Garnish with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Serve over cooked jasmine rice if desired.
