1 Tsp Hill Country Fare Canola Oil
1/2 Lb H-E-B Extra Lean Ground Beef 96% Lean
8 Oz Kraft Velveeta Original Cheese, cut into ½ in cubes
6 Oz Tostitos Scoops! Tortilla Chips, about 7 Cups
1 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Shredded Lettuce
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Ode to Olives Sliced Ripe Black Olives
10 Oz H-E-B Original Diced Tomatoes With Green Chiles

In a medium skillet over high heat, add 1 teaspoon of canola oil and ground beef. Cook over high heat until meat is browned and cooked through. Drain off fat.
