1 cup(s) nonfat Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp tahini
1/2 cup(s) cucumber, seeded & finely diced
2 Tbsp lemon, juiced, divided use
1/4 cup(s) green onion, chopped
2 cup(s) red cabbage, shredded
4 6 inch whole wheat pitas
4 Tofurky Hot Dogs, prepared according to package directions

Instructions

To make tzatziki sauce, combine yogurt, tahini, cucumber, 1/2 of lemon juice and green onion. Mix well and set aside.

Add remaining lemon juice to shredded cabbage and toss.

Place a layer of cabbage on pita then top with hot dog and tzatziki sauce.
