Toasted Ravioli with Spicy Vodka Sauce

4 large eggs
1/2 Tsp sea salt
8 Oz H-E-B Italian Panko Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup(s) finely grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup(s) olive oil
24 Oz H‑E‑B Raviolini Filled Pasta with Porcini Mushrooms
24 Oz Central Market Vodka Pasta Sauce
1 Tsp chili flakes

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

In a small bowl whisk together eggs and salt.

Place bread crumbs and cheese in a pie pan or shallow bowl. Stir through olive oil with a fork to mix in evenly and coat bread crumbs.

Line a large baking sheet with foil. Dip ravioli in egg and then press gently, but firmly into bread crumb mixture. Coat both sides. Repeat with all ravioli. (may require 2 baking sheets, depending on size).

Toast ravioli in oven until golden brown, about 12 to 14 minutes.

While ravioli is cooking add pasta sauce to pan and bring to a gentle simmer. Add chili flakes to reach desired heat level.

Serve toasted ravioli with warmed sauce.
