10 Oz H-E-B Classic Romaine Salad Blend
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Queso Fresco, crumbled
1/2 cup(s) black beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup(s) red onions, medium diced
1/2 cup(s) Roma tomatoes, seeded and medium diced
1/4 cup(s) roasted and salted pumpkin seeds
1 cup(s) H-E-B Cilantro Cotija Dressing
1 cup(s) H-E-B Tortilla Strips

Lay tilapia on a foil-lined baking sheet and cook according to package directions.

While tilapia is cooking, place romaine blend, queso fresco, black beans, red onions, tomatoes, and pumpkin seeds in a large bowl. Toss gently to combine.

Once tilapia is done, assemble salads. Pour salad dressing in with salad and toss until well coated. Divide among 4 plates and top each with a tilapia filet. Garnish with tortilla strips and serve.
