Texas Toast Grilled Pork Sandwich

8 slices H-E-B 5 Cheese Texas Toast
4 medium H-E-B Simply Seasoned Uncle Chris' Boneless Pork Center Loin Chops
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Specialty Series Texas Style Barbeque Sauce, (or flavor of your choice)
1 small white onion, very thinly sliced
4 Oz H-E-B Pickle Me Dilly Hamburger Dill Pickle Chips, drained

Preheat oven to 400°F. Preheat grill to medium-high.

Line a baking sheet with foil and lay frozen Texas Toast on foil. Bake 6 to 8 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.

While toast is cooking, grill pork chops for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.

Slice pork diagonally into thin strips then drizzle with barbeque sauce.

To assemble sandwiches, place slices of meat (about 1 pork chop per sandwich) on a slice of Texas toast. Garnish with onions and pickles and top with a slice of Texas toast. Serve with additional sauce if desired.
