1/3 cup(s) H-E-B Cold Pressed Canola Oil with Garlic Flavor
14 Oz H-E-B Creole Seasoning Mix, (equal parts onion, celery and bell pepper with parsley)
1 Tbsp flour
2 small bay leaves
1 1/2 cup(s) Bloody Revolution Roasted Garlic Gourmet Bloody Mary Mix
1 Tsp sugar
1 1/2 Lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
16 Oz H-E-B Steamable Long Grain White Rice, heated according to package directions

Instructions

Place a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add oil, creole mix and bay leaf. Stir and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, or until vegetables start to get soft.

Add flour, stirring to coat vegetables.

Stir in Bloody Revolution Mix and sugar, bring to a simmer. Turn heat down to medium, and cook for 10 minutes uncovered, or until vegetables are very soft and sauce has thickened.

Add shrimp. Stir to coat and continue cooking for 3 to 4 minutes, depending on how large shrimp are. Serve over cooked white rice.
