2 Tbsp vegetable oil, divided use
1 Lb H-E-B Natural Breast Tenders
16 Oz Birds Eye Broccoli Florets, Cauliflower, & Carrots
1/4 cup(s) Lawry's Teriyaki with Pineapple Juice Marinade

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large nonstick wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken and cook for 2 1/2 minutes per side or until lightly browned.

Place cooked chicken on platter; and cover with foil to keep warm.

Add remaining 1 tablespoon, add frozen vegetables; stir-fry 4-5 minutes or until tender.

Add marinade and chicken and cook until thoroughly heated.

Serve over white rice.
