Ingredients

Recipe makes 6 Servings

4 Tbsp grapeseed oil, divided use
1 cup(s) red onions, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup(s) diced fire roasted tomatoes
1 1/2 Tbsp smoked paprika
2 Tbsp H-E-B White Wine Vinegar
1 Tsp kosher salt
1 Lb H-E-B Frozen Baby Smokehouse Potatoes, microwaved according to package directions
2 Oz dried Spanish chorizo or spicy pepperoni, sliced

Instructions

In a medium sauté pan, heat 1 tablespoon of grapeseed oil over medium-high heat. Add onions and garlic and sauté until onions are translucent.

Combine sautéed onions and garlic in a blender or food processor along with fire roasted tomatoes, paprika, vinegar and salt. Blend until smooth.

Slice potatoes in half. Heat remaining grapeseed oil in a medium sauté pan over medium-high heat.

Add chorizo and sauté for 1 minute, stirring once. Add halved potatoes and fry until crisp, about 3 to 4 minutes.

Transfer potatoes and chorizo to a bowl and toss with bravas sauce or serve on the side with garlic aioli.
