Sloppy Meatloaf Grilled Cheese

16 Oz Fully Cooked Beef Meatloaf
2 Tbsp Salted Butter
4 slices Country White Loaf
4 Jalapeno Jack Cheese, Thin Slices

Instructions

Cook meatloaf in microwave according to package instructions.

While meatloaf is cooking, butter one side of each piece of bread. Place 1 slice of cheese on unbuttered side of 2 pieces.

Heat a medium skillet on medium.

Remove meatloaf from cooking tray and cut into 6 slices. Arrange three slices on top of each cheese layer and carefully place sandwiches in the hot skillet.

Drizzle meatloaf with cooking sauce then top each sandwich with remaining cheese and bread (buttered side up).

Cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes, just until bread is lightly toasted on bottom.

Gently flip over and toast remaining side until golden brown, or about 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
