Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Fresh white squash, scalloped
1 Fresh zucchini squash
1 Fresh yellow squash
1/2 white onion(s)
2 Tsp Extra virgin olive oil
3/4 Tsp McCormick Perfect Pinch Italian Seasoning
1/2 Tsp garlic salt
1/4 Tsp Morton & Bassett Coarse Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

Cut white squash into quarters and then into 1/4-inch thick slices or wedges. Slice zucchini and yellow squash diagonally into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Cut rounds in half. Cut onion into thin wedges.

Heat a large non-stick skillet over Medium-High heat. Add oil to hot skillet. Sauté white squash and onion 2 minutes.

Add zucchini, yellow squash, Italian seasoning, garlic salt and pepper. Sauté another 5 minutes. Serve immediately. Season to taste.
