Salsa Verde Pork

Ingredients

Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 1/2 Lb bone-in pork shoulder
4 Oz cumin
1 Tsp oregano
1 Tsp kosher salt
12 fl oz beer
11 Oz H-E-B® That Green Sauce®
1 white onion, chopped
1 bunch cilantro

Instructions

Trim all excess fat from pork, then season generously with cumin, oregano, and salt; place in a lined slow cooker set on medium.

Combine beer, That Green Sauce, onion and cilantro; pour over pork, cover and cook 8 hours until pork is tender.

Carefully remove pork from slow cooker, and place on baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray; bake at 400°F until pork is well browned, about 15 minutes.

Remove from oven, and shred pork; place in a bowl, and serve with a spoonful of liquid.
