Four Star Caramelized Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb Carrots, washed
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup Fischer & Wieser Four Star Provisions Texas Whiskey Glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss washed carrots with oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Place in a oven safe baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven and pour melted butter and whiskey sauce over carrots. Toss to coat then return to oven for an additional 15 minutes to caramelize.
  4. Serve warm or at room temperature.
