Cherry Pomegranate Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup White onion, sliced
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1 tbsp Bagel Not Included Spice Blend
  • 1/2 cup Fischer & Wieser Four Star Provisions Cherry Pomegranate Habanero Sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions, reduce heat and cook several minutes until onions are tender and well browned, about 7 minutes.
  2. Add in Brussels sprouts, increase heat to medium and cook 3 to 4 minutes tossing occasionally. Sprinkle with bagel seasoning and coat Brussels in sauce. Bring to simmer, toss to coat and remove from heat. Brussels should be crispy and slightly soft but not mushy.
