Five Spice Pumpkin Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 1 Pie crust
- 2 Eggs
- 15 oz Pumpkin puree, see recipe for pumpkin puree on heb.com
- 14 l Sweetened Condensed Milk, (can use regular or soy version)
- 3/4 tsp Five spice
- 1/2 cup Pecans
Instructions
- Set oven rack to lower 1/3 of oven. Heat oven to 400°F.
- Unroll pie dough and gently press into pie pan.
- In a medium sized bowl, whisk eggs together. Add pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk and Five Spice Powder. Whisk together just until smooth. Pour into prepared pie crust shell.
- Select whole pecans and place them gently around outside edge in a decorative pattern.
- Place pie gently on rack and bake for 15 minutes at 400°F. Reduce temperature to 350°F and continue cooking for 45 more minutes, or until center is fully set.
- Garnish as desired with non-dairy whipped topping or non-dairy ice-cream
