  • 14 l Sweetened Condensed Milk, (can use regular or soy version)
  • 3/4 tsp Five spice
  • 1/2 cup Pecans

Instructions

  1. Set oven rack to lower 1/3 of oven. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Unroll pie dough and gently press into pie pan.
  3. In a medium sized bowl, whisk eggs together. Add pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk and Five Spice Powder. Whisk together just until smooth. Pour into prepared pie crust shell.
  4. Select whole pecans and place them gently around outside edge in a decorative pattern.
  5. Place pie gently on rack and bake for 15 minutes at 400°F. Reduce temperature to 350°F and continue cooking for 45 more minutes, or until center is fully set.
  6. Garnish as desired with non-dairy whipped topping or non-dairy ice-cream
