Recipe makes 4 Servings

28 1/2 Oz sauerkraut, drained
1/2 cup(s) Kraft Thousand Island, fat free
8 Orowheat Dark Rye
3/4 Lb H-E-B Corned Beef, cooked thinly sliced
8 H-E-B Natural Sliced Swiss Cheese
2 Tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

Drain half of sauerkraut well in a strainer or colander.

Assemble sandwiches by spreading 1 tablespoon dressing on each bread slice.

Place equal amounts corned beef and sauerkraut onto 4 slices bread.

Cover each with 2 slices Swiss cheese. Top with remaining 4 bread slices.

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon butter in skillet.

Grill two sandwiches in skillet about 8 minutes, turning as needed, until crusty and warm throughout.

Remove sandwiches to a plate and keep warm.

Add remaining 1 tablespoon butter to skillet and repeat process for two remaining sandwiches.
