1 Lb H-E-B Beef Flank Steak, trimmed
3 Tbsp lime(s), juiced
2 Tbsp Kikkomon Gluten Free Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp H‑E‑B Texas Wildflower Honey
1 Tsp McCormick Ground Ginger

Instructions

Preheat broiler to high.

Place flank steak on a foil lined baking sheet. Set aside.

To make Ponzu sauce, combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan.

Bring to a simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.

Brush sauce over beef and broil 5 minutes.

Turn beef and brush with more sauce. Cook an additional 5 minutes.

Let beef rest 10 minutes before slicing.
